We are hiring a Career Counselor & MBA Admissions Specialist to strategically guide prospective students into the Novanosh Highland MBA program. Your main goal is to conduct comprehensive counseling sessions to truly understand the student's situation and objectives. This involves a deep dive into their professional background, future career path, and especially their financial budget and constraints. You then ethically position the Novanosh Highland MBA as the best investment for their future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultative Calling: Conduct high-volume calls focused on career planning and goal assessment, not quick sales.

• Budget Alignment: Discuss financial needs and ethically suggest programs and options that fit the student's budget.

• Admission Guidance: Expertly guide students through all steps of the application, documentation, and enrolment process.

• Pipeline Management: Track and convert prospects from initial inquiry to final enrolment using our CRM system.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
