Job Description

We are looking for a young, smart and talented Career Counsellor to guide prospective students, understand their educational needs and recommend the right academic programs. This is a consultative inside-sales role with long-term career growth in sales. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on available courses, career pathways and program suitability.
Conduct telephonic/virtual counseling sessions and convert inquiries into admissions.
Understand student requirements and offer appropriate academic guidance.
Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Achieve monthly targets related to conversions and revenue.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.

Skills Required

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (English + Malayalam).
Ability to understand student needs and build rapport.
Goal-oriented mindset with strong convincing skills.

Experience

1–3 years in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Sales.

Preferred: Experience in student counseling, admissions, or academic advisory.
