Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Counsellor to join our growing team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in business development through lead generation, program promotion, candidate counseling, and team coordination across different states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead your own sales team at the state level to achieve business targets.

• Promote NIIT-supported bank-linked training programs and onboard eligible candidates.

• Generate leads through your team and convert them into successful program registrations.

• Counsel students and job seekers on career opportunities and guide them through the admission process.

• Support and mentor your team members to close admissions and meet state-level targets.

• Collaborate with the management team to plan and implement strategic business initiatives in your region.
