We are looking for a Career Counsellor to join our team at at Bilivin Education Llp. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective learners to understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs
• Build strong relationships through active listening, trust-building, and personalised advising
• Identify and nurture potential leads through consistent and strategic follow-ups to drive enrolments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in CRM systems
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve the lead-to-enrolment journey
• Stay informed about trends in education, career development, and the custom software industry
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
