Job Description

Attend walk-in customers and generate sales inquiries.  Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.  Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and accessories.  Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.  Achieve monthly sales targets and enquiry conversion ratios.  Follow up with prospective customers through calls, messages, and emails.  Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.  Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly.  Ensure timely vehicle delivery and proper documentation.  Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.  Participate in sales promotions, events, and outdoor activities.  Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
