Key Responsibilities
Greet walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements and budget
Conduct thorough product presentations and test drives for prospective buyers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and/or used vehicles
Follow up with leads generated through enquiries, referrals, and digital channels
Explain financing options, exchange programs, and after-sales services to customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Coordinate with the finance and insurance (F&I) team for smooth deal closures
Ensure delivery formalities are completed and customers are fully satisfied
Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Stay updated on company products, pricing, competitors, and market trends
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales — new car showroom or used car dealership
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and/or English
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
Basic proficiency with computers and CRM tools
Valid driving licence (two-wheeler or four-wheeler preferred)
Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates)
