We are looking for a Car Sales Executive to join our team at at Group Landmark Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers and analyze their needs, budget, and lifestyle to recommend suitable vehicle models.
Maintain deep product knowledge of all vehicle features, specifications, and current inventory.
Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds to explain technology, safety features, and operation.
Facilitate and oversee customer test drives, ensuring safety protocols and proper identification are followed.
Negotiate final pricing, trade-in allowances, and discounts in accordance with dealership profit standards.
Prepare and process all necessary sales contracts, registration paperwork, and insurance documents.
Perform a personal vehicle delivery to ensure the car is in perfect condition and the customer understands its features.
Regularly update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with lead status and interactions.
Follow up with past buyers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, lead conversion rates, and Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and Fresher - 5 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Require good communication skills.
