Job Description

We are looking for a Car Sales Executive to join our team at at Group Landmark Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet walk-in customers and analyze their needs, budget, and lifestyle to recommend suitable vehicle models.

  • Maintain deep product knowledge of all vehicle features, specifications, and current inventory.

  • Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds to explain technology, safety features, and operation.

  • Facilitate and oversee customer test drives, ensuring safety protocols and proper identification are followed.

  • Negotiate final pricing, trade-in allowances, and discounts in accordance with dealership profit standards.

  • Prepare and process all necessary sales contracts, registration paperwork, and insurance documents.

  • Perform a personal vehicle delivery to ensure the car is in perfect condition and the customer understands its features.

  • Regularly update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with lead status and interactions.

  • Follow up with past buyers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.

  • Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, lead conversion rates, and Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and Fresher - 5 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Require good communication skills.
