We are expanding our sales team to connect with more wholesalers, distributors, and shop owners for bulk orders.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Call existing and new wholesale dealers to promote new blouse designs.

• Send product catalogs, offers, and rates on WhatsApp.

• Convince dealers to book bulk orders (MOQ-based).

• Handle inquiries, price discussions, and follow-up for payments.

• Maintain daily calling report, order sheet, and payment status in Excel/CRM.

• Coordinate with production and dispatch team for order updates.

• Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-up and good communication.

💡 Required Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).

• Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality.

• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel & basic data entry.

• Positive attitude and disciplined work style.

• Fast learner with interest in women’s wear or garment sales.

• Capable of handling 100–150 calls per day and tracking responses.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• 0–3 years experience in telecalling / garment sales preferred.

• Freshers with good speaking skills can also apply.

💰 Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (as per experience)

• Attractive incentives based on monthly sales & payment recovery.

• Performance bonus every 3 months for top achievers.
