Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with potential customers, and support sales and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good listening skills and patience.
