Call Center Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Outbound Sales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

• Present and promote our products/services effectively to maximize sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales strategies.

• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales in call centre OR Candidate with good English communication skills and sales experience.

• Fluent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Graduates from any stream
