The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will be responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams. The BRM acts as a strategic partner, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to overall business growth.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services.
Identify business opportunities with existing and new clients to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal departments (operations, legal, finance, etc.) to resolve client issues efficiently.
Track client satisfaction levels and implement improvements where required.
Prepare and present business reports, performance reviews, and updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and service standards.
Manage escalations and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Support business development activities, proposals, and client onboarding processes.
