Business Relationship Manager - WC-SALARIED PL AND WORKING CAPITAL-Sales We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of Working Capital (WC) clients. The role involves deep engagement with clients to understand their business models, structure appropriate WC solutions, and ensure timely renewals and enhancements of credit limits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with promoters and key decision-makers, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and driving cross-sell opportunities. The role also includes monitoring utilization patterns, ensuring timely submission of documentation, and coordinating with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently. Manage and service an existing portfolio of WC clients, including renewal and enhancement of limits. Build strong relationships with promoters to foster trust and long-term engagement. Understand client business models, cash flows, and structure WC solutions accordingly. Drive portfolio growth through limit enhancements and meet defined business targets. Ensure timely renewal of limits and closure of all pending PDDs. Track and follow up with clients for submission of stock statements, insurance, and audit compliance. Conduct regular client visits to assess business health and maintain engagement. Monitor utilization patterns monthly and flag unusual transactions. Minimize delinquencies and manage exit of clients flagged under Early Warning Signals (EWS). Provide timely advice and updates to clients on relevant banking products and developments. Liaise with internal teams (credit, ops, trade desk, branch) to resolve client issues within defined TAT. Drive cross-sell of WC limits and increase product penetration in the assigned portfolio. Generate leads from existing clients and onboard new customers through relationship expansion. Maintain CASA book and generate float income by opening group accounts. Experience Level Mid Level
