About the Role

Iridium Infotech is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Promoter with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, client-handling, lead-generation, and business development skills, along with a proven ability to generate and convert real estate leads.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and market real estate projects to prospective customers.
Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Arrange and coordinate property/site visits.
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
Develop new client networks and business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Handle negotiations and assist clients throughout the sales process.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and customer preferences.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve company objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Proven track record in real estate sales, business development, or property promotion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Good knowledge of the Delhi/NCR real estate market.
