Role Overview
The Executive will support the Directors' Office by coordinating business priorities, client requirements, procurement activities, vendors, projects, and business-development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain client, vendor, project, procurement, and opportunity records.
· Prepare management reports, dashboards, pipeline summaries, and trackers.
· Coordinate meetings, professional communication, and timely follow-ups.
· Monitor business priorities, deadlines, commitments, and action points.
· Identify and coordinate with OEMs, manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers.
· Manage RFQs, supplier quotations, purchase orders, and procurement follow-ups.
· Track technical documents, certificates, logistics, deliveries, and invoices.
· Support tenders, proposals, presentations, partnerships, and commercial activities.
· Maintain accurate documentation, confidentiality, and process discipline.
