Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise & manage daily salon operations – staff scheduling, inventory & customer
service.
● Lead, motivate & train the team to achieve performance goals & service standards.
● Ensure salon hygiene, upkeep & compliance with safety regulations.
● Develop & execute marketing/promotional strategies to boost client acquisition &
retention.
● Handle guest service satisfaction, feedback & complaint resolution.
● Monitor performance metrics & prepare reports for senior management.
● Drive revenue targets, profitability & efficient resource utilization.
● Manage billing, accounting & inventory (retail & consumption).
● Stay updated with industry trends & introduce new techniques/services.
