Business Manager

• Marketing and Advertising:

  Creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, including online listings, property viewings, and promotional materials. 

• Tenant Acquisition:

  Responding to inquiries, conducting property viewings, and guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process. 

• Lease Negotiation and Execution:

  Negotiating lease terms with tenants, preparing lease agreements, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. 

• Tenant Relationship Management:

  Addressing tenant inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
