Location: Dharwad, Karnataka

Position Overview
Business Expansion Manager will be responsible for expanding OJJHS Agro’s franchise and dealership network across Karnataka. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, appointing channel partners, and driving sustainable revenue growth in rural and semi-urban markets.
🔹 Key Roles & Responsibilities
1️⃣ Network Expansion & Market Development
Identify potential districts for business expansion.
Appoint new franchise partners and dealerships across Karnataka.
Conduct field surveys and competitor analysis.
Develop district-wise expansion strategy.
2️⃣ Franchise & Dealer Appointment
Generate and qualify leads for new partners.
Conduct business presentations and ROI discussions.
Evaluate financial capability and infrastructure readiness.
Complete documentation and onboarding process.
3️⃣ Revenue & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly expansion targets.
Ensure new partners start operations within defined timeline.
Monitor early-stage performance of newly appointed partners.
Drive revenue growth from new territories.
4️⃣ Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with franchise and dealer partners.
Resolve initial operational and coordination challenges.
Coordinate with HO for marketing, logistics, and training support.
5️⃣ Reporting & Compliance
Maintain lead pipeline and appointment tracker (MIS).
Submit weekly activity reports to Management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and agreements.
🔹 Qualification & Experience
Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Agri Business Preferred)
3–6 Years experience in Channel Sales / Franchise Development / Rural B2B Expansion
Strong understanding of Karnataka agri & rural market
Excellent communication skills in Kannada & Hindi
Strong negotiation & presentation skills
