Business Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Manager to join Kartik Engineering Works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and leading sales initiatives. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills with a proven ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.

• Identify new business opportunities, generate quality leads, and convert them into long-term customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.

• Prepare quotations, business proposals, and close high-value deals.

• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

• Prepare regular business performance reports, sales forecasts, and management presentations.

• Represent the company professionally during customer visits, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: MBA, PGDM, or any Post Graduate degree (Preferred).

• Experience: 3–6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Management, or Industrial Machinery Sales.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build long-term business relationships with customers.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
