We are a growing startup looking for a smart and reliable Business Operations Executive who will work directly with the founder to manage daily business activities.

This role involves handling sales lead tracking, procurement coordination, reporting, basic accounting, and social media updates. The candidate will play a key role in organizing and supporting business operations as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and track sales leads and customer database

• Prepare daily and weekly business reports using Excel

• Coordinate procurement of materials and vendor communication

• Maintain basic accounting records (expenses, invoices, payments)

• Assist in social media updates and marketing support

• Organize documents, reports, and office communication

• Provide daily operational updates to the founder

Requirements
