Business Initiatives Executive

THE ROLE

We are looking for a confident and energetic Franchise Development Executive to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential business partners, introducing them to our solar franchise opportunity, building strong relationships, and converting qualified prospects into franchise partners.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

🔹 Identify and connect with potential franchise partners and business owners
🔹 Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, networking, and other channels
🔹 Present and explain our solar franchise business model effectively
🔹 Conduct meetings and follow up with potential partners
🔹 Negotiate and convert qualified leads into successful franchise partnerships
🔹 Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners
🔹 Achieve monthly sales and franchise acquisition targets
🔹 Contribute to the expansion and growth of our franchise network across India

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Good negotiation and convincing abilities
✅ Hindi and basic English communication skills
✅ Interest in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Franchise Sales
✅ Proactive, confident, and target-oriented personality
✅ Ability to build relationships and close business opportunities
✅ Experience: 0–2 years
✅ Freshers with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn are welcome.
