Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and confident female candidate for a dual role involving both office and field work. The ideal candidate should be smart, presentable, and persuasive, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Meet and coordinate with institutions, sponsors, and partners to build and maintain strong professional relationships.Handle presentations, proposals, and client meetings with confidence.Prepare and manage data using Excel and PowerPoint.Manage social media platforms to promote organizational activities and campaigns.Lead and motivate a small team to achieve organizational goals.Support in event planning, sponsorship drives, and public campaigns.Requirements:Female candidate, confident and well-presented.Strong convincing and negotiation skills.Good command over English, Hindi, and local languages preferred.Must be tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office and social media tools.Ability to travel locally for meetings and field coordination.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing & sales,, PR, or client relations preferred.
