Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Identify new business clients, generate leads, and cross-sell other bank products.
Loan Assessment: Analyze financial statements, business plans, and credit reports to assess creditworthiness and repayment ability.
Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, advising them on loan products, risks, and benefits.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all loan applications are complete, compliant with legal regulations, and adhere to internal SOPs.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly targets for loan sourcing and disbursement.
Experience: Usually 1-3 years in business lending, sales, or banking.
Analytical Skills: Strong financial analysis skills, specifically in assessing cash flow and risk.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle client objections and manage relationships.
