Executive Trainee - Land & BD Responsibilities Business Development Executive Market Research & Data Analysis: Collect and analyse market intelligence, including property rates, competitor activities, and emerging trends. Track regulatory updates and zoning changes that may impact business development plans. Maintain a database of market transactions and key insights for reference by senior management. Documentation & Compliance Support: Assist in preparing business proposals, investment decks, and feasibility reports. Organize and maintain all transaction-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Ensure due diligence checklists are updated and coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams for document verification. Track contract approvals, regulatory filings, and compliance submissions. Maintain structured records for ongoing and past business development activities. Coordination & Execution Support: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes of meetings, and following up on action points. Support the business development team by monitoring deal progress, coordinating with legal advisors, and tracking submission deadlines. Maintain dashboards to track project status, timelines, and key performance indicators. Financial & Transaction Support: Gather financial data related to deals, including cost estimates, revenue projections, and pricing trends. Support the preparation of financial models and sensitivity analyses for potential transactions. Assist in evaluating project feasibility by compiling data required for investment appraisals. Reporting & MIS (Management Information System): Generate periodic reports summarizing business development activities, pipeline deals, and transaction statuses. Prepare presentations and briefs for senior management based on market analysis and deal evaluations. Maintain and update internal tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Proven track record of executing large-scale real estate transactions and maintaining a strong industry network
