Job Description

Source and convert new subscribers into chit groups; maintain first-3-installment payment discipline.

- Prospect 50 leads/week via field visits, referrals & digital enquiries.
- Close minimum ₹50 L chit value / month (min 4 customers).
- Collect KYC docs; submit to back office within 24 h.
- Hand-hold customer for first 3 dues; escalate defaults.
- Log daily activities on mobile CRM.

• First-3-due collection ≥ 95 %
• Referral customers ≥ 20 % of new bookings
