Location: Ludhiana, Punjab (Field Role – On-site)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 Fixed + Incentives + TA

Working: 6 Days | Pure Field Role

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are expanding our B2B immigration partner network across the Ludhiana belt.
We are hiring experienced, field-ready performers who can build partnerships and generate immigration cases consistently.

TERRITORY COVERAGE

Ludhiana, Khanna, Samrala, Doraha, Jagraon, Moga, Raikot, Patiala, Fatehgarh Sahib & nearby areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 20–25+ field meetings per week
• Onboard & manage Immigration / IELTS / Manpower partners
• Maintain 50+ active B2B tie-ups
• Generate 10–15+ immigration cases per month
• Daily visit reporting & follow-ups
• Share market & competitor feedback

✅ MANDATORY EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• 2–4+ years of B2B field sales experience
• Minimum 1 year in Immigration / IELTS / Overseas Education / Manpower
• Proven field execution & partner handling
• Comfortable with targets & reporting

LANGUAGE

• Punjabi & Hindi – Mandatory
• Basic English – Required

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Own two-wheeler
• Comfortable with daily outdoor travel & inter-city movement
• Familiar with Ludhiana market routes
