Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate who can drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role requires a mix of sales capability, structured thinking, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach
Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients (B2B)
Understand client requirements and position relevant training solutions
Drive the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
Track pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion progress
Key Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
Exposure to B2B sales (services preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency in outreach
Structured approach to problem-solving and client conversations
Self-driven with a high sense of ownership
Good to Have
Experience in training, consulting, or service-based selling
Exposure to HR / L&D stakeholders
Familiarity with basic excel
