We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales /CRM Executive who will manage end-to-end client communication, sales coordination, and customer relationship activities.
This role involves handling leads, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely order execution, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for closures.
Coordinate with sales, service, and accounts teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain and update client data, sales reports, and follow-up records in CRM software.
Assist dealers and customers with product details, order status, and delivery timelines.
Respond to customer queries and ensure quick issue resolution through coordination with the service team.
Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients and support dealer onboarding.
Track leads, generate sales opportunities, and ensure timely communication with prospects.
Support management with regular sales analysis and performance updates.
