Business Development Officer

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to help grow our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to ensure client needs are met.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the company’s goals.

• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential areas for growth.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system.

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
