Qualification & Skills:

Graduate in Business/Marketing/Architecture/Civil Engineering preferred.
3+ years of experience in business development, construction, or architectural consultancy.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Knowledge of industrial and commercial project markets.

To generate and acquire new architectural consultancy projects and contribute to company growth.
