Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events or trade shows.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, including potential customers in schools, hotels, commercial buildings, and government offices.
· Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals and expand market share.
· Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and tender documentation. Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring all contracts align with legal and company guidelines.
· Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify new opportunities (e.g., specialized services like deep cleaning or air duct cleaning).
· Collaboration: Coordinate with internal operations and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met and to develop effective lead generation campaigns.
· Reporting & CRM Usage: Track all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software and provide regular performance reports to management.
· Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales support and act as a primary point of contact for key client inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience: Proven track record of 3-5 years in B2B or B2C sales/business development, preferably within the cleaning, facilities management (FM), or related service industry.
· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
· Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities to close deals effectively.
· Technical Proficiency: Competency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and statistical analysis tools.
· Attributes: Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
· Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is type.
