Business Development Officer

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Develop new dealers and distributors in assigned districts/blocks

• Maintain relationship with existing dealers and ensure consistent sales

• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor cylinder movement

• Conduct market visits, competitor analysis and business reports

• Plan and implement promotional activities to increase brand visibility

• Work closely with the management to prepare business growth strategies

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing (Gas, FMCG, Lubricants, Petroleum or similar industry preferred)

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Field sales experience is mandatory

• Ability to work independently and travel extensively

• Basic knowledge of Excel & reporting
