Garud Investment Managers LLP operates in the investment management industry, focusing on investment strategies and alternative investment opportunities. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to support our growing Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) business.

Job Summary

The Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting business development activities, building relationships with prospective investors and distributors, explaining investment products, and assisting with investor onboarding and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with prospective investors, distributors, and business partners.

• Explain the firm's investment approach, AIF structure, product features, and investment opportunities to potential clients.

• Generate and follow up on investor leads to support business growth.

• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and discussions with prospective investors and distributors.

• Assist with investor onboarding, documentation, and maintaining client records.

• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with investors and distribution partners.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.

• Ensure that all sales activities and investor communications adhere to applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• B.Com, BMS, MBA, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of financial markets and the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) industry.

• Good interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to identify business opportunities and follow up effectively.

• Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is an advantage.
