What You'll Do:

• Build and nurture a strong community of users, ambassadors, and partners through both online and offline engagement

• Drive sales and outreach to corporates, SaaS platforms, and other potential partners through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls

• Manage end-to-end B2B2C onboarding and provide post-onboarding support

• Handle customer queries and ensure timely, professional communication

• Manage Twitter and Threads accounts with engaging and consistent content

• Help come up with ideas for videos and be part of the planning and shooting process for social media platforms

What We’re Looking For:

• A multi-tasker who can manage varied responsibilities in a dynamic environment

• Experience in community building, strategic partnerships, or marketing

• Startup mindset, proactive, adaptable, and ready to bring new ideas to the table

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• A basic understanding of financial products like Mutual Funds and SIPs

• Awareness of social media trends and ability to create or adapt content accordingly

• Comfortable participating in videos when needed (a plus, not mandatory)
