1.Main Responsibilities (Zimmedariyan)

Technical Consulting: Client ki requirements ko samajhna aur unhe sahi technical solution (Web, App, ya Cloud) suggest karna.

Team Leadership: Developers aur designers ko guide karna aur projects ko deadline par delivered karwana.

2:Problem Solving: Agar project development ke dauran team ko koi technical dikkat aaye, toh use troubleshoot karna aur solution dena.

Strategic Sales: High-value IT projects (Software/SaaS) acquire karna aur technical proposals banana.

3:Quality Assurance: Final product deliver hone se pehle check karna ki woh client ki expectations ke hisab se sahi hai ya nahi.

Technical Expertise Required

Web Development (Full Stack knowledge), Mobile Apps, aur SEO/Digital Marketing ka solid experience.

SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) ki puri samajh.

Team manage karne aur conflicts resolve karne ka hunar.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 3-5+ saal IT industry mein (Sales aur Technical dono ka mix).

Skills: Leadership, Project Management tools (Jira/Trello), aur Excellent Communication.

Mindset: Ek mentor ki tarah jo team ko sikha sake aur mushkil waqt mein lead kar sake.
