As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/ BDO to join our team.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer
· preferences, leveraging insights to refine sales approaches.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of TEA TIME products.
· Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent TEA TIME, network with key stakeholders, and generate new business leads.
· Keep abreast of industry developments, tea-related trends, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product improvement and innovation.
· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing sales data and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as operations, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and exceptional customer service.
· Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date on tea-related industry trends to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food and beverage industry or related field.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
· Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and engage potential customers.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in team environment.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
· Passion for tea and a strong understanding of tea culture is highly desirable.
Language Preference:
· Any Applicant who is able to speak Any TWO languages fluently (Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Etc.)
