Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential school clients, scheduling appointments, and successfully closing deals to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities – Business Development Associate
Travel to assigned schools and educational institutions to distribute posters and promotional materials for our products and services.
Schedule appointments and secure demonstrations with key school decision-makers to present our offerings.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with school administrators, coordinators, teachers, and other stakeholders.
Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets within the defined timelines.
Follow up on leads consistently and maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to customize sales strategies and presentation materials based on client needs.
Share valuable feedback and market insights with the internal team to support product and service improvements.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strengthen business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Fresher’s who have keen interest in the field are most welcome.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to meet with potential clients.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
