Business Development Officer

We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer for Chintamani Finlease Limited in Delhi at Nirman Vihar. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹32000 and opportunities for career growth.

1. Should have prior experience in NBFC or DSA.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking mortgages

3. Identify sales opportunities for all mortgage facilities (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Loan Top-UP against residential properties, Loan against commercial properties)

4. Must have a clear understanding of Personal Loans and Loans against property as a Product.

5. Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis.

6. Login to disbursement completion, fulfillment, counseling and hand-holding the customer through the entire process of sanction and disbursement

Desired Candidate Profile

· 1-3 years’ experience in same domain.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong research skills
