Business Development Officer

Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales

executives to achieve individual and team targets.

 Target Achievement: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance to

ensure KPIs and sales goals are met.

 Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the

team and improve communication and conversion techniques.

 Performance Monitoring: Track team productivity and address

underperformance through support and feedback.

 Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase

revenue and improve conversion rates.

 Reporting: Prepare and share sales reports with the management for

transparency and strategy updates.

 Customer Interaction Support: Handle escalated customer queries and

ensure a smooth sales process.

 Motivation & Engagement: Keep the team energized, engaged, and

focused on goals through recognition and motivational activities.
