Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
● Drive large-ticket business deals and achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets.
● Leverage existing CXO connects to close high-value partnerships with leading brands.
● Deliver consistent sales growth aligned with organizational objectives.
Brand Strategy & GTM
● Build end-to-end GTM strategies for clients, from positioning to execution.
● Partner with clients on brand vision, growth opportunities, and consumer engagement models.
● Translate insights into actionable business & marketing strategies.
Financial & P&L Ownership
● Take charge of P&L responsibilities, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
● Align business development efforts with financial objectives.
Leadership & Client Engagement
● Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and client CXOs.
● Mentor and guide internal teams in business development, strategy, and client management.
● Build long-term, trust-driven relationships with large enterprises and top-tier brands.
