Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, market-relevant technology products.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Manage technology budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.

    • Implement robust security, compliance, and data protection policies.

    • Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Act as the technology thought leader and advisor to the executive team.

    • Communicate technology vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

    • Support fundraising, partnerships, and customer engagements by representing the company’s tech capabilities.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 12+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives.

  • Strong expertise in software development, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive innovation.
