Job Description

  • Generate new business opportunities through client acquisition and networking.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Maintain MIS reports and sales pipeline data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong presentation and relationship management abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Real Estate/Construction industry experience will be preferred
