KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion :Identify and build a strong pipeline of potential B2B clients across East India. Target architects, interior designers, real estate developers, construction firms, hotels, cafés, and corporate offices. Research and map new business opportunities, exhibitions, and industry networks.
2. Sales & Client Management Conduct : client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements. Share product catalogues, planter ranges, landscaping concepts, mood boards, and service offerings with clients. Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close deals. Ensure timely communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
3. Product & Service Promotion : Actively promote exclusive planters, exotic plants, landscaping solutions, balcony makeovers, civil works, and glass houses. Highlight USPs such as: Custom design capabilities End-to-end execution Premium finishing and durability Expertise in terrace, garden, and façade solutions Attend and represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
4. Coordination & Documentation: Coordinate with the design, operations, and execution teams for seamless project delivery. Maintain detailed records of leads, meetings, quotations, and client conversations. Update CRM/lead tracker regularly.
5. Revenue Growth & Targets : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Strategically upsell planters, plants, lighting, civil works, and design-and-build packages. Provide weekly sales reports and market insights to the management.
