Business Development Manager

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management

  • Monitor and update stock levels across systems and physical locations.

  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely inward/outward movements.

  • Maintain reorder levels and flag potential supply issues in advance.

• Client Interaction & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for B2B clients via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

  • Address queries related to product availability, orders, delivery, and account issues.

  • Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and follow up as needed.

• Telecalling & Lead Follow-Up

  • Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate leads and close orders.

  • Follow up with warm leads, inactive clients, and order confirmations.

  • Record call notes, client preferences, and update CRM systems.

• Order Coordination

  • Work with internal logistics or delivery partners to track and fulfill B2B orders.

  • Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and dispatch processes are followed.
