Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, increasing sales, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Qualification : Graduation from any stream (BA, B.Sc, B.Tech,bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field will be given preference)
Experienced candidates: Minimum 1 – 5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development
Salary Range : ₹ 15,000 (Fixed+ Incentives)

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and legal documentation
Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital lead platforms
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, channel partners, and marketing activities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners
Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitive projects
Present property options to clients and negotiate deals to close sales
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and legal teams for smooth deal execution
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business growth strategies
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management
Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and networking meetings
