Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive – uPVC & Aluminium Windows and Doors

📍 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

🕒 Experience: 1–3 years in Sales or Business Development (preferably in building materials or construction)

💼 Employment Type: Full-time


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify and target potential clients such as architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors in the construction and real estate sectors. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct product presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales.

  • Sales & Negotiation: Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals in alignment with company policies and goals.beBee+3Shine+3FoundIt+3

  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as production, logistics, and installation to ensure timely delivery and quality of products

  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.


✅ Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales or business development, preferably in the building materials or construction industry

  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and local languages; strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Sales Proficiency: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing

  • Tools & Software: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software to track sales leads and manage customer relationships

  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a customer-centric approach.


🎯 Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: 30000 – 40000 per month (fixed) with performance-based

  • Allowances: Petrol and mobile allowances
