Vone India Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) with exposure to manpower consulting and the manufacturing industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client requirements, generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Candidates with experience in manpower consulting firms and proven ability to achieve sales targets will be given preference.
Manage and fulfill client requirements effectively.
Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients in the manufacturing industry.
Work closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver manpower solutions.
Draft and share job descriptions (JDs) in line with client requirements.
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding business development targets.
Provide regular updates to management on market insights, hiring trends, and competitor activities.
Experience in manufacturing industries or manpower/recruitment consulting preferred.
Strong skills in lead generation, client handling, and sales/business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage targets, and deliver results.
Freshers with a strong interest in sales & client management may apply for BDE positions.
