CTC: ₹6 Lakhs Fixed + ₹3 Lakhs Performance Incentive

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Manager for Government & CSR Projects to lead project acquisition, partnerships, execution, and institutional engagement across Jharkhand and nearby regions. The candidate should have strong experience in handling government projects, CSR partnerships, tendering processes, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop opportunities in Government and CSR sectors.
• Manage end-to-end tendering process including documentation, submissions, compliance, and follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with government departments, PSUs, corporates, NGOs, and educational institutions.
• Lead project execution and coordination for government and CSR initiatives.
• Work closely with senior management on strategic partnerships and expansion plans.
• Ensure timely delivery, reporting, and compliance of projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams for operations, implementation, and impact reporting.
• Represent the organization in official meetings, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
• Drive regional growth and support business development activities in Jharkhand zone.
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Government Projects, CSR Projects, Institutional Partnerships, or Public Sector Engagement.
• Strong understanding of tendering, GEM, RFPs, EOIs, and government procurement systems.
• Experience in handling education, skill development, youth empowerment, or social impact projects will be preferred.
• Excellent networking, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of regional ecosystem and government functioning in Jharkhand.
• Candidate from Ranchi or Kolkata preferred.
