Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development across staffing, outsourcing, and accounting service verticals
Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
Understand client business requirements and position relevant service solutions effectively
Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities
Conduct client meetings, presentations, commercial discussions, and negotiations
Coordinate internally for proposal creation, service alignment, and onboarding support
Develop long-term client relationships and contribute to account growth
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities to support expansion efforts
Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales within staffing, outsourcing, accounting, or service-based industries
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to independently manage the sales and business development cycle
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and client retention
Target-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities
Professional attitude, ownership, and relationship management skills
Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools is preferred
