We are looking for an experienced BDM – Interior & Terrace Site Sales to join our team. Both Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply. The candidate must have prior experience in handling client meetings, site measurements, and closing interior or civil/renovation deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site client visits (apartments, villas, terraces) to take accurate measurements and understand space requirements.
Present and pitch interior and terrace makeover solutions (waterproofing, decking, pergolas, vertical gardens, lighting, and modular work).
Prepare and explain cost estimates/quotations to clients and close deals.
Coordinate with on-site contractors, carpenters, and vendors to ensure project execution aligns with the promised pitch.
Maintain active follow-ups with pipeline leads to hit monthly sales targets.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Interior Sales, Architecture Studio, or Turnkey/Renovation projects. (Freshers please do not apply).
Gender: Open for both Male and Female candidates.
Education: Graduate or Diploma in Interior Design / Civil / Architecture / Business.
Language Skills: Fluent Hindi and decent conversational English (to confidently interact with premium/HNI clients).
Conveyance: Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License for daily field visits.
Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and client-handling abilities.

Competitive Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission/Incentives per deal + Travel (Fuel) Allowance.
