Job Overview:

As a Business Development Manager in a facility management company, your main job is to help the business grow by finding new opportunities. You'll focus on getting more clients, building good relationships with them, and meeting sales goals. This role involves planning, researching the market, working with clients, and teaming up with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inquiry calls and providing detailed information about our services.

• Preparing cost sheets and creating customized proposals.

• Drafting professional emails and updating reports regularly.

  • Understanding client requirements and identifying potential business opportunities.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects.

• Conducting regular follow-ups to advance business discussions and conversions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Candidates Should be good at communicating in English & must have computer knowledge.

• Flexibility to adopt business development team culture.

• Should have presentation skills.
